- - All of our training events are held in Chester, CT. Directions will be provided prior to the event.
How to Register
- - You must register for the event at least 3 days prior to the event.
- - To register for one of our training events, click “Products” from the main navigation bar. Then, click “Training” from the list of tags on the right hand side. To register for the desired training event, add the training event to your shopping cart and complete the purchase checkout process. Once your payment is processed, you will receive both a purchase confirmation as well as training event confirmation.
- - If you would like to attend a training, but would like to pay by check, please contact us.
Cancellation Guidelines
- If you cancel up to three working days before the workshop, we will provide a credit or full refund. If you cancel less than three working days, you will still be responsible for payment. Substitutions are welcome.
- When a workshop must be canceled due to inclement weather or any other factors, we will make every attempt to notify participants in a timely fashion the day before. Please call us in advance if you are unsure about your workshop. For your convenience, if you call after normal business hours, a voice message will be left on our
answering machine.
